What is the return period?
Not Received Goods:
If you no longer wish to receive the item within 24 hours of placing your order for personal reasons, you can email service@serovahome.com. We will do our best to intercept the shipment for you.
Received Goods:
If the goods you receive are damaged or there is an error in your order, you can contact Serova customer service within 14 days of receiving the package to request a return.
Can i retrun my order?
For returns, your item must be in its original condition, undamaged or unused, with a tag containing the tracking number, and in its original packaging. If you meet the above return conditions, please contact our customer service team by email.
Please email service@serovahome.com to obtain return authorization. If you return an item for personal reasons (such as not liking the purchased item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the returned item is damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
What is the refund process?
After returning the item, please contact our customer service team via email at service@serovahome.com. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved after receiving and checking your return. If approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment account within 1-30 business days. Please understand that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and ship the refund.
Can I exchange it?
Sorry, we do not offer exchange services. You can return your first order and place a new one, which will save you time.
