How will I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order is delivered you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Your order may be divided into several boxes or bags according to the size of the order.
I'm having problems with the carrier tracking info.
I'm sorry for that! In some cases, it may take several working days for your delivery status to be registered.
For the best of your ability, please wait 48 hours to make sure that your package is marked "delivered" but you have not yet received it. In some cases, the carrier will update the state prematurely! If you don't have a tracking number, contact us at service@serovahome.com. We'll look into it.
What kind of carriers are you using?
Usually we use YTO Express, USPS, UPS, and Federal Express. Should you not be able to receive any of these carriers, please contact us ASAP by e-mail service@serovahome.com.
How do I modify my shipping address?
If your order has been sent to the wrong address, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
